Siebel May Pay Workers $27.5 Million in Overtime Wage Suit
SAN FRANCISCO - High-tech giant Siebel Systems Inc. will probably pay as much as $27.5 million to some 800 California employees who claim they were unfairly denied overtime wages - the latest in a series of suits involving high-level workers who say they have been improperly classified as exempt employees.
