City Files Two 'Dumping' Suits Against Kaiser

LOS ANGELES - Carol Ann Reyes was 63 and homeless in March when hospital personnel from Kaiser Bellflower put her in a taxi - still dressed in a hospital gown - and sent her to be dropped off in front of Union Rescue Mission in downtown's Skid Row.

      LOS ANGELES - Carol Ann Reyes was 63 and homeless in March when hospital personnel from Kaiser Bellflower put her in a taxi - still dressed in a hospital gown - and sent her to be dropped off in front of Union Rescue Mission in downtown's Skid Row.
      Reyes filed suit against the hospital Thursday.
