Paddleboat Peddler Wins Injunction

A company that has rented out boats in Golden Gate Park for nearly 70 years will be allowed to continue doing so - at least for the time being.

SAN FRANCISCO - A company that has rented out boats in Golden Gate Park for nearly 70 years will be allowed to continue doing so - at least for the time being.


Last week, San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Loretta M. Giorgi granted a temporary restraining order that will allow the Stow Lake Corp. to keep its lease until its dispute with the city can be aired in court.
