Union Must Pay Prosecutor's Legal Fees

A judge has awarded more than $100,000 in attorney fees to a deputy DA who sued the prosecutors union for illegally canceling elections.

LOS ANGELES - A judge Thursday awarded attorney fees to a Los Angeles County deputy district attorney who successfully sued the prosecutors' union for not holding proper elections.
