Cooley M&A Partner Moves to MoFo

Cooley LLP suffered a blow to its mergers and acquisitions practice when longtime partner David A. Lipkin announced he is departing for Morrison & Foerster LLP.

PALO ALTO - Cooley LLP is about to suffer a blow to its mergers and acquisitions practice with the pending departure of longtime partner David A. Lipkin to Morrison & Foerster LLP.


MoFo chairman Keith C. Wetmore confirmed on Thursday Lipkin's plans to join the firm, but said an official start date hasn't been set.
