Suit Over Drug Pricing Fails Again

For the second time, a Superior Court judge in Oakland has thrown out price-fixing allegations against 21 drug companies.

For the second time, a Superior Court judge in Oakland has thrown out price-fixing allegations against 21 drug companies.


The plaintiffs, a group of retailers, claimed the pharmaceutical companies conspired to set prices and to keep cheaper Canadian drugs off the market.
