A trial judge threw out a sexual harassment lawsuit against San Bernardino District Attorney Michael Ramos.


San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge Frank Gafkowski dismissed the $1.5 million suit filed by Cheryl Ristow, a former investigative technician under Ramos who accused him of creating a hostile workplace and harassing her three years ago.
