PALO ALTO - As the uncertainty continues over offers from Winston & Strawn LLP, the attorneys at Howrey LLP's East Palo Alto office are going their separate ways.
James C. Pistorino, a Howrey partner, said Thursday he would not accept Winston's offer and is instead going to another firm, which he did not identify.
