Liu Questioned Again By Senate Committee

UC Berkeley School of Law professor Goodwin Liu on Wednesday faced off against Republican senators who questioned his qualifications to join the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the second time in a year.

WASHINGTON - UC Berkeley School of Law professor Goodwin Liu faced off with Republican senators who questioned his qualifications to join the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday during a rehash of a combative nomination hearing from last year.


Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee repeated most of the arguments that Liu answered when he appeared before the panel in April 2010.
