Senior Circuit Judge Cynthia Holcomb Hall of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a conservative jurist and accomplished gardener, died Saturday of cancer at her home in Pasadena. She was 82.
In announcing her death, circuit officials said Hall entered home hospice care four days earlier after deciding to forego further treatment for multiple myeloma.
