Winston & Strawn LLP's hiring of a large group of Howrey LLP partners could be announced later this week, according to sources familiar with the deal.
After a partnership meeting on Friday, Winston partners were given until the middle of this week to approve the hiring of Howrey attorneys, said sources familiar with the negotiations who requested anonymity.
