Former client sues SNR Denton over allegedly botched deals

A former client of SNR Denton US LLP is alleging the law firm was slow to revise a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing, which led to two botched securities deals.

A former client of SNR Denton US LLP is alleging the law firm was slow to revise a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing, which led to two botched securities deals.

Impac Secured Assets Corp. filed suit against SNR Denton last week in U.S. District Court in the Central District of California, alleging SNR Denton's delay in amending a 2007 securities filing led to a lawsuit by Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
