Talmadge apartment complex sold for $2.3 million

The apartment complex at 4405 Menlo Ave. in the Talmadge area was built in 1970.

A 15-unit apartment complex at 4405 Menlo Ave. in the Talmadge area sold for $2.25 million.

The buyer was Immobilier Fund LLC of Rancho Santa Fe and was represented by Cristina Munteanu from PacBlu Real Estate.

The seller was The Holder Trust, represented by Keith Courtney of ACI Apartments.

The complex, built in 1970, features a mix of one-bedroom/one-bath units; two-bedroom/two-bath units; and two-bedroom/1.5-bath townhomes. It has a laundry and access to off-stree...
