Judge grants motion for summary judgment on defendant's $55.5 million counter-claim

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP obtained summary judgment in a counter-suit where the firm's client, a San Diego-based lab, was sued for using a former employee's name on lab reports after his termination.
