Lawyers in VW emissions case face more work after agreement reached
Attorneys for Volkswagen AG, the federal government, and consumers in class action litigation reported Thursday they had reached an agreement in the huge case stemming from the auto giant's emissions test cheating software.

Breyer appeared elated that attorneys for Volkswagen AG, the federal government, and consumers in class action litigation reported Thursday they had achieved "a concrete plan" to settle the huge case stemming from the German auto giant's admitted deliberate deployment of emissions test cheating software.
