Cryptocurrency exchange plucks GC from digital bank

Kraken Bitcoin Exchange in San Francisco announced the hiring of Edward M. Stadum as general counsel Wednesday.

San Francisco-based Kraken Bitcoin Exchange announced the hiring of Edward M. Stadum as general counsel Wednesday.

While working as the U.S. counsel for Munich-based Fidor Bank AG in San Francisco, Stadum worked with Kraken on the digital bank's partnership in its bitcoin-euro exchange.
