The Legal Services Corp., with $1 million in backing from Microsoft Corp., is launching an online service focused on aiding low-income Americans facing civil litigation.

The Legal Services Corp., with $1 million in backing from Microsoft Corp., is launching an online service focused on aiding low-income Americans facing civil litigation.

The joint venture, aided by Pro Bono Net, will offer online advice to people working their way through prickly legal scenarios, such as divorce proceedings, child support claims and rental disputes.
