Wage hike a good deal

Despite Michael Saltsman's claims in a recent column, I think raising the minimum wage is good for business. By Christin Evans

As a small business owner, I strive to pay my employees above the current minimum wage because I believe it helps with employee motivation, reduces absenteeism and allows us to retain key employees.
