Family Assets Frozen After Indictments

SAN DIEGO - Five members of a family that ran a painting and sandblasting company that contracted with government agencies were arraigned Thursday on 84 counts of conspiracy to commit tax fraud, grand theft, insurance fraud, payroll tax fraud, tax evasion and failure to pay payroll taxes.
