Nixon Peabody: WINEMAKER POURS MONEY INTO SEBASTIANI LABELS

Canandaigua Wine has agreed to buy assets of Turner Road Vintners. The stock and debt-assumption deal is valued at $295 million. Canandaigua Wine is a division of Constellation Brands Inc. of Fairpoint, N.Y., which makes and distributes 200 brands of beer, wine and spirits in the United States and the United Kingdom.
