Jones Day: Web Site Receives Warm Greetings From Cleveland

AmericanGreetings.com has agreed to acquire Egreetings Network Inc. The value of the deal has not been disclosed. Cleveland's AmericanGreetings, a subsidiary of American Greetings Corp., provides free online greetings and a personalized newsletter service to users. Through partnerships with America Online Inc. and Yahoo Inc., the site has 12 million visitors per month.
