LOS ANGELES - With a stroke of a pen, Commerce Secretary Donald Evans deprived Americans of their right to know accurate census data, O'Melveny & Myers' Brian Currey said Monday, as he filed a lawsuit in federal court against the U.S. Department of Commerce.
