Grand Jury Indicts Longanbach on 12 Counts

SAN DIEGO - A grand jury has indicted the former chief of the district attorney's economic fraud division, charging him with 12 counts of misappropriation of public money, false accounting of public money, grand theft and embezzlement of public monies.
