SandCraft Inc. has raised $35.5 million in a third round of venture financing led by VantagePoint Venture Partners Inc. Santa Clara's SandCraft develops and markets high-speed microprocessors based on architecture licensed from MIPS Technologies Inc. Its products are used in communications applications such as Internet infrastructure, edge switches and routers.
