Sacramento's Law Library Finds Elegant Digs

SACRAMENTO - After 110 years of relegation to basements, the Sacramento County Public Law Library has a new home above ground. The law library opened last month in the newly restored Hall of Justice building at 6th and H streets, where it occupies the first and second floors.
