State Should Buy Generators To Control the Power Supply
The energy crisis solution approved by Sacramento is focused on the wrong part of the energy chain. A bailout of Pacific Gas & Electric and Edison is a particularly bad idea. Why should taxpayers join forces with the utility companies that, according to recent audit reports, artfully maneuvered their corporate holdings and credit policies to precipitate this crisis?
