CarsDirect.com is buying online rival Greenlight.com. The terms of the stock deal will not be disclosed. Culver City's CarsDirect is an online automotive provider. Its site enables customers to find, finance and buy cars. Through an alliance with Autoweb.com, the company's nationwide network consists of more than 2,500 car dealers.
