Alleged Juror Bribery May Mean New Trial
LOS ANGELES - Co-defendants of ex-Los Angeles Rams cornerback Darryl Henley, who were convicted of a cross-country cocaine drug trafficking ring, have a shot at a new trial because juror misconduct might have tainted their trial, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday.
