Sports Illustrated Photo Sparks Privacy Lawsuit

SAN BERNARDINO - Most Little League baseball teams no doubt would relish any coverage in the hallowed pages of Sports Illustrated. But to the 11- to 14-year-olds who played for the East Baseline Pirates of San Bernardino in 1997, the magazine's publication of a team photograph has led to embarrassment and a possibly precedent-setting lawsuit against a media giant.
