Santa Clara's Riverstone Networks Inc. has filed for an initial public offering valued at $108.6 million. Riverstone provides metropolitan-area Internet infrastructure solutions. Its routers and switches supply features such as bandwith allocation, traffic accounting, application prioritization and Internet routing. British Telecommunications plc, EarthLink Inc. and Metricom Inc. are three of its customers.
