Richard Zaitlen has developed a new appreciation for the comfortable life that often is taken for granted. In November, Zaitlen, a partner in the Los Angeles office of Pillsbury Winthrop, and his wife, Nan Zaitlen, a pediatrician, participated in a medical mission to Vietnam.
