Tripwire Inc. has secured $24 million in third-round venture financing led by private-placement group Deutsche Banc Alex.Brown Inc. Tripwire, based in Portland, Ore., makes security software that monitors the integrity of data and network access. The company's data and network integrity solutions service primarily Fortune 1,000 companies. The company has operations in 15 countries, and more than 250,000 copies of its security systems are in active use.
