Court Lifts Stay in Suit By Cop Against Olson

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled Thursday that a civil suit against accused Symbionese Liberation Army member Sara Jane Olson can proceed.

        LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled Thursday that a civil suit against accused Symbionese Liberation Army member Sara Jane Olson can proceed.
        Judge Alban I. Niles lifted a stay in the case filed by former Los Angeles Police Department Officer James J. Bryan, who claims Olson participated in a failed bomb plot to kill him in 1975.
