Grand Jury Weighs Theories Against Milberg

LOS ANGELES - A federal grand jury in Los Angeles is weighing a wide array of criminal theories against New York-based Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach in connection with the firm's alleged scheme to solicit investors and fabricate shareholders to populate its major class actions, several sources said Thursday.
