Delinquency Judges Hit Lecture Circuit

LOS ANGELES - It's not quite a public relations blitz. But for those who wear robes at the office, it may be as close as it gets. Judges with the Los Angeles Juvenile Court's delinquency division are on the community lecture circuit to tell anyone who will listen what needs to be done to reform the system.
