Verdict for Doctor Overturned

SAN FRANCISCO - In a highly unusual move, a federal appeals court overturned a jury verdict Monday and held a Lake County emergency room doctor was negligent as matter of law and should face a new trial over whether his actions caused the death of an 11-month-old boy who died of dehydration.
