SALE COMPLETES COASTAL CALIFORNIA HOTEL GROUP

Not On Cannery Row purchased the Hotel Pacific in Monterey from Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, a subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. The hotel sold for $16 million. The deal was announced April 16.
