PG&E SUBSIDIARY FINDS $100 MILLION PRIVATELY

PG&E Gas Transmission, Northwest Corp. closed a private placement debt financing June 6 that brought in $100 million. As part of the debt financing, it closed a $125 million credit facility May 6.

        The lenders for the financing included the Royal Bank of Scotland and Fleet Securities Inc. The Royal Bank of Scotland also served as the agent for the credit facility.
