CHUMASH TRIBE SECURES $150 MILLION TO EXPAND

The Chumash Indian Tribe closed a $150 million note offering July 3. Banc of America Securities served as the sole manager. The money will be used to fund an expansion of the tribe's casino in Santa Ynez.
