Echazabal, 2002 DJDAR 6379 (U.S. June 10, 2002). Reversing the 9th Circuit, the high court unanimously upheld a regulation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recognizing the so-called "threat to self" defense to federal disability-discrimination claims.
