Bay Area Practice Lays Off 18 Associates

LOS ANGELES - The glut of young high-tech attorneys in the Bay Area job market continues to grow. San Jose's Skjerven Morrill MacPherson has laid off 18 associates and 27 support staff members, the firm announced Monday.
