Susceptibility To Persecution Merits Lesser Prison Term

SAN FRANCISCO - A Montana man who downloaded 1,300 pornographic images of young girls from the Internet is entitled to a 75 percent cut in his prison term because he is susceptible to abuse in prison based on the nature of the crime and his personal attributes, a split federal appeals court has held.
