New Effort To Remove Van Voorhis

SAN FRANCISCO - Citing a continuing pattern of caustic remarks and arbitrary rulings, the Contra Costa County district attorney's office has disqualified Superior Court Judge Bruce Van Voorhis from all criminal cases, the first time such a move has been made against a jurist in the county.
