Of-Counsel Goes to Allen Matkins' Outpost in San Diego From Heller
Allen Matkins Leck Gamble & Mallory hired Peter Townshend as of-counsel from Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe's Menlo Park office in mid-September.
Townshend, along with associate George Colindres, will work from Allen Matkins' San Diego office in the corporate and securities practice.
