Polo's Dress Policy Cramps Workers' Style

Polo employees are fed up with having to buy clothes bearing the company's signature horse and rider logo. Some retail store personnel spend up to a third of their annual income on Ralph Lauren fashions to keep their jobs, according to Daniel Feder, a sole practitioner in San Francisco who represents one Polo employee in a recently filed lawsuit against the company for its uniform policy.
