State Bar Investigators Shut Counsel's Offices

LOS ANGELES - Police and California State Bar investigators closed the offices of attorney Hector Garcia after allegations that he had misappropriated funds and failed to communicate with his clients, officials said.

        Investigators seized files, computers and documents from the Pasadena office and disconnected phone lines, said Bar spokesman William Cox.
