Officers Arrest Man for Threatening Reporter

LOS ANGELES - Organized crime officers Wednesday arrested a Westwood man on charges of threatening a Los Angeles Times writer by leaving a dead fish on her car windshield and a note ordering her to stop writing stories about action film star Steven Segal's allegations of mob intimidation.
