Judge Rules Suits Against El Paso Can Move Ahead

SAN FRANCISCO - El Paso Corp., the nation's biggest natural gas pipeline company, failed to persuade a San Diego judge Wednesday to toss 11 antitrust suits by dairy farmers and California consumers who accuse the company of conspiring to artificially restrict gas supplies to the state and increase prices.
