Guilty Plea In Schools Fraud Case

SAN FRANCISCO - A North Carolina energy company pleaded guilty Tuesday to two counts of felony grand theft and agreed to pay $1 million for its role in a plan to defraud the San Francisco Unified School District of at least $850,000.
