Partner Uses Savvy to Cement Creative Deal
Partner Steve Bochner combined the legal skills from his 20-year career with the business knowledge he's acquired representing clients over the years to aid 3Dlabs in its recent deal. Singapore's Creative Technology acquired the remaining shares of the Sunnyvale company for $103 million in a stock and cash deal. Creative had already owned 28 percent of the company.
